First go to GoDaddy, or any other company that allows you to purchase domains and pick yourself up a cheap domain. If you are lucky you can pick them up for as cheap of one dollar. Or you can use one that you already own.
Next you need to find a company that will host your site for free. I have only found one that can reliably host your site, its http://www.000webhost.com
Just sign up to the free hosting account.
Then move your domain over to be hosted with 000webhost. For this all you have to do is change the server names to be matched with 000webhosts name servers. It’s a really simple step. Just go into the account that you purchased a domain from and change the name servers. This usually takes about 24 hours for the process to complete.
And then to finish up, build your site. 000webhost has a online website builder tool that you can use to create your site if you wish. Or you can upload your files yourself. Either way all you have to do is design your site.
And that’s it! You just hosted your own domain free of any monthly charges!
Now for those people that think free web hosting is a not worth your time, I suggest you think again. It is very reliable , and why not give it a shot? It will not cost you a dime, it will save you money! Its a no brainer for me.
