1) Your website must be in English.
2) You must have a top level domain name (ex: .com / .net / .org / .us / .me / .info). No free domain names like .co.cc will be accepted. You do not get a free subdomain.
3) Your website must be active and have pre-existing traffic (does not need to be a ton but the more the better).
4) Your website must have content. It needs to provide information to people. Examples of desired websites include but are not limited to forums, blogs, personal websites, gaming websites, informational websites, product/service review websites, and communities.
5) File sharing, image sharing, web directories, automated content creation websites, etc are not allowed. I want websites that will help other people.
6) The design is not as important as the fact that I need to see value in your site so if your website is not the most aesthetically pleasing site, apply anyway.
